The Carrisa

The Carrisa is more than a restaurant - it’s a distinct experience combining fresh upscale street food with coastal vibes in a relaxed environment.

The namesake Carrisa building was constructed in 1905 in the heart of San Luis Obispo’s bustling Higuera Street. among the various deed holders was The Carrisa Cattle Company, providing the town with top quality meats through their flagship market, and SLO Brew, who laid the foundation for craft beer on the Central Coast in 1988.
